Executive Board

The Executive Board includes of the Superintendents from each of our 8 member districts. The executives meet monthly excluding the months of November and July. They provide the overall operation of HSCSED and all programs including staff, equipment, and materials. Policies for HSCSED operations are approved by the executive board. Meetings will start at 1:30 unless otherwise announced in the HSCSED Admin board room.

Governing Board

The Governining Board is authorized to delegate the Executive Board authority to manage particular operations of the Joint Agreement Program and to seek the advice of the Executive Board on matters pertaining to employment and budget.

Governing Board members must be a member of their districts Board of Education, the Superintendent, Regional Superintendent, or the Treasurer.
